Motor imagery is the ability to mentally rehearse movement without physically doing it—posture, timing, force, and kinesthetic imagery (the felt sense of the motion). It is used in sport, rehabilitation, and performance. Tools like the MIQ and MIQ-3 measure it, including internal visual imagery (IVI) and external visual imagery (EVI). The Imagination Index measures motor imagery as one of the six senses and reports your linear score and percentile score for the Motor category in your Imagery Profile.
