MIQ / MIQ-R / MIQ-3

The MIQ (Movement Imagery Questionnaire) family measures motor imagery and kinesthetic imagery. The MIQ-R assesses visual and kinesthetic movement imagery; the MIQ-3 is often considered the gold standard and has three subscales: kinesthetic imagery (KI), internal visual imagery (IVI) (first-person), and external visual imagery (EVI) (third-person). Respondents rate how easily they can form images of specific movements (e.g. raising knees, jumping). The Imagination Index measures motor imagery as one of the six senses and reports your linear score and percentile score for the Motor category.
