In motor imagery, isolation and compound are subcategories. Isolation refers to imagining a single, discrete movement (e.g. reaching for a glass, raising a knee); compound refers to imagining a sequence or combination of movements (e.g. climbing into a carriage, walking along a shoreline). The Imagination Index includes items for both; your Motor category linear score aggregates them. The full report can show whether isolated or compound movement imagery is easier for you.
