The imagination spectrum is the continuous range from little or no voluntary imagery (aphantasia) to very vivid imagery (hyperphantasia), with typical or moderate imagery (phantasia) in between. It is often considered per sense: you might be at the low end for visual imagery but typical or high for auditory imagery or motor imagery.
